Something very exciting has been taking shape behind the scenes at The Make and Bake House, and we’re getting ready to introduce our brand-new Cocktail Cake Collection.

A Cake Collection With a Little Extra Spirit

We've taken some of the cocktails we know and love and turned them into something a little more indulgent.

Think beautiful celebration cakes inspired by iconic cocktails, with each design created to capture the personality, colours and details of the drink that inspired it.

From elegant and sophisticated to fun and a little bit cheeky, this collection is all about bringing your favourite cocktails to the cake table.

Because sometimes you really can have your cake and drink it too. 

Created for Grown-Up Celebrations

This collection isn't about children's birthday cakes.

It's for the 30th, 40th, 50th and beyond.

It's for birthdays, hen parties, girls' nights, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, dinner parties and those occasions where the cake deserves to be just as fabulous as the person celebrating.

We're creating designs that feel grown-up, glamorous and unmistakably special.

But there are already some favourites making an appearance behind the scenes.

One of the things we love most about creating bespoke cakes is taking inspiration from the little details.

The colour of the cocktail.

The shape of the glass.

The garnish.

The fruit.

The tiny finishing touches that make you look at a cake and immediately know exactly what inspired it.

That's what we're aiming for with this collection.
