Introducing one of the first creations from our brand-new Cocktail Collection. This indulgent celebration cake takes inspiration from the classic Espresso Martini, combining rich coffee and chocolate flavours with elegant cocktail-inspired details. Available as a Cocktail or Mocktail, it brings a touch of indulgence to your celebration, with or without alcohol.

Inside, you’ll find layers of rich chocolate coffee sponge, paired with smooth chocolate coffee buttercream. The Cocktail version includes delicate hints of coffee liqueur for that unmistakable Espresso Martini flavour, while the Mocktail version is made without coffee liqueur.

The cake is finished with smooth mocha-toned buttercream, glossy chocolate ganache drips, luxurious piped details, chocolate curls, coffee beans and chocolate pearls, topped with a stunning Espresso Martini-inspired cocktail glass.
